We had a whole house humidifier installed. The installers where on time and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that the adhesive was a little messy on the duct work.

I completed diagnostic and found the heat pump capacitor failed. I replaced the capacitor with customer permission. The system is now operational I explained repair/ replacement options with customer. I emailed the customer a replacement estimate. The customer wants to think about decision and will call back.
Upon arrival I gave the customer an Estimate on a 5-Star HVAC unit.
I arrived on site to perform an installation of a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17" and a Five Star 17 SEER Two-Stage Air Conditioner that we installed. The installation was a success and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I completed Estimate on a Full New System. Five Star 96% Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU)Carrier up to 17 SEER 2 STAGE 4 Ton Air Conditioner.
I moved 2 Air Conditioners to a new location at the request of the customer. I added Gravel to raise the systems and placed new pads under the systems. Both systems were operational at time of departure.

I cleaned the flame sensor and adjusted the gas pressure. I cycled the system to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.

I found multiple issues in this unit, with the heat exchanger, blower motor, inducer motor, ignitor, and exhaust piping. I went over repair and replace options with the customer and the customer has opted to replace the furnace.
